PingisGo is made for kids, so we keep as little as possible.
📷 The camera
The body tracking runs in your browser, on your own device. Camera video is never uploaded, recorded or saved. Only the results of a round are kept, like "8 stars, 0.45 s quick start".
Playing as a guest
Player names, ages, country and round results are saved in this browser on this device (local storage). Nothing is sent to us. Clear it any time under My progress → 💾 Backup & data → Clear data.
Signing in (optional)
A grown-up can sign in with their email address to save rounds online. Then we store:
- the grown-up's email address (to send the 6-digit sign-in code)
- each player's nickname, animal avatar, birth year (never a full birthday) and country
- the results of each round played
This is stored with Appwrite Cloud in Frankfurt, in the EU.
🌍 World leaderboards
A player only appears on the world leaderboards if a grown-up ticks 🌍 for them. Other signed-in families then see only the nickname, avatar, country flag, age group (like "9–10") and best results. Untick it in the ☁️ menu and they're removed from the boards.
Deleting your data
Removing a player (player button → 🗑) or using Clear data while signed in also deletes their copies online. To have your account deleted completely, contact us through buildwithprabhu.se.
No ads, no tracking
PingisGo has no ads and no tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
